Will Drush always be installed here?

Don't see a reason why this can't go in, but I feel like we should add some documentation about its existence too.

Can't we use a relative path for drush? Say:

		<string>drush</string>

.. and assume it's in the path?

I think this can land in queued without problems once this is figured out, and then we need to update the install docs.
