Front Store Not Display and Error

I use Acquia Desktop to install latest version - I see following two unusual behavior. I would appreciate a pointer to resolve them. I got following error when during Import Content. Also once all done I don't really see any store content on a front page.

This is consistent with all at least 3-4 last four beta install.. So I beginning to think that it may have something to do with using Acquia Desktop.
