After updating core to version 7.20 we've noticed that 2nd level menu items aren't display. After debugging and diff overview we've found that seems in 7.20 was fixed bug #942782. So to force menu blocks as expected we've removed from menu block temporary code which was added to support bug above. Patch attached.

In version 7.x-2.3, this patch is applied. I am using Drupal version 7.21 and version menu_block 7.x-2.3 and I also have the same problem.
