Can't manage my fields of content types

I would install the colorbox. It didn't work, always missing libraries. Looking for some help on drupal.org I readed (http://drupal.org/node/837574) "Have you installed version 2.x of jQuery Update module? Version 1.x will not work." So I installed the jquery update module and activated it. My colorbox did not work after the installation of this module. I readed I think all the issues concerning troubleshooting colorbox untill I finaly turned back to the http://drupal.org/project/colorbox page were I readed that I had to install the libraries module. So I downloaded and acitvate the libraries module and suddenly I could activate the colorbox module. Problem solved
Afterwards I wanted to create a new cck and saw that I could not manage any of the fields of my content types. My project is a lot of work and I really would apreciate any comment on this issue.
I think that when I activated the jquerry update all the links were broken to manage the fields of any cck.

I'm reading every issue on admin menu disapear untill all the things on managing fields. I did reinstall my local wamp to look for the exact link to manage fields. I putted this link(s) admin/structure/types/manage/article/fields but no matter what I do, I can not reach or do any changes at the fields.

Is there a way to make the changes from the jquery update module to delete? I'm a newbie and it is very hard for me to understand the code.

I hope someone has a sollution for me, otherwise I have to make the whole site over again. Please help me!!!
