Exposed field with radio option not collapsed [#1993070]

I selected the option "Make this filter collapsible" but it's expanded by default. If I change it to a multiple value filter, it collapses.

It's a bug in BEF, attached patch provides fix

@harrrrrrr: Attached patch is not working. Seems name of patch is wrong, please reattached patch with "exposed_field_with-1993070-3.patch" patch name.
