I am planning to use spark for production. Though it is in alpha version, i can solve some of the issues in it and go for production.
Is this wise to do? When i upgrade to Drupal8 will it create any problem?
Content authoring experience is important for this project so that why we have planned to chose Spark.

only you can really decide if the risk of an alpha version is acceptable for your site. The fact that's it's still alpha and not beta or rc indicates the changes could still be substantial (beyond simple bug fixing).

And upgrading from d7 to d8 will likely be the same amount of work and risk it always is-- if not more due to the massive architectural changes with d8.

You will be rebuilding from scratch.

That said, (and I don't mean to sound harsh, I use this advice on myself too) if you need to ask whether you can handle using alpha code in production, you probably can't.

I would suggest looking at Panopoly, since it's a stable solution aiming at similar problems.

Thanks for your comments.. planned to use plain Drupal and stable, beta, patches of whatever listed here. http://drupal.org/node/1991672 ...I will see how much i can replicate spark with stable version of modules.. i will keep update once i come up with something...
