The "Enable testing mode" checkbox seems to block the setup keys from saving.
When I unchecked the box I was able to save the keys.
If this is by design maybe provide a warning?

sunWhen testing mode is enabled, then the module automatically creates API keys for Mollom's testing API (which is different from the production service). Due to that, the API key input fields are not editable when testing mode is enabled.
To set or change your real API keys, you need to disable the testing mode first.

The OP additionally contains an communication error message for a request against the testing API - do you still experience this issue today or was that a temporary fluke?
