Provide alias deletion action to complement "update node alias" action.

After changing the default URL patterns for nodes, node url aliases are often unrecognized as automatically generated, preventing the "update node alias" action from having the desired effect. Currently, pathauto only provides alias deletion over entire bundles; this feature is intended to provide finer-grained deletion capability through actions.
