I believe #1974372: Convert aggregator_page_sources() to a Controller may be needed to complete this.

Is it worth uploading a patch that is independent of the work needed on the controller?

we should probably wait for #2040199: Convert aggregator_page_category_form and aggregator_page_source_form to a Controller to introduce the categorize form and then reuse it
