How can you edit only one h2 code? I'll was trying to edit the codes so that only one or two h2 headings can be different from the rest(such as the color or font size). Is this possible, it seems like I tried everything? Also is there a way that I can convert some h2 heading codes to h3? Can either of these be done using css or html(how will I use html to do this?)? Thank you in advance.

Could you give a screenshot of the page and specify the h2 you want to custom? Because there are many solutions :-).

For exemple you could use the panel module and customize the h2 on you CSS such as #content .block-unique-ID h2 { ... }
I did this on the front page of http://www.ecultobservatory.eu/ to have a different color for each block.
