I want to create a "view" that can records how many times a users profile page has been viewed by other users using statistics.

thanks stevejburge for replay, yes i have Statistics module enabled and i am collecting the page views statistics, but i want Records how many times a users profile page has been viewed by other users, and show it in view block.

It should track the visits to user profile pages also.
When you enable the Statistics module, you'll get a "Track page visits" tab appear on each user profile page.
You can then use Views to add the stats as a field.
