Fatal error as the module assumes sites/all instead of profiles...

I am having a site on BOA where media_youtube is in the profiles/profilename/modules/contrib/media_youtube, but when migrating the site to a new platform, I get the following error:

Why is it suggesting that the MediaYouTubeStreamWrapper should be in sites/all?
