In views, by default we can choose some ready style formats, such as: Unformatted, Grid, Table, List, etc. But I wanna know:
- How do I create a new format for Views, that appears beside those default formats? Is there some tutorial about it?

I am not aware of a tutorial,
I am not aware of a tutorial, if advance help is installed, the views help has some information. My preferred approach is to find a style similar to what I want, copy the code into a new module and modify as needed.

... are you after new style formats or just after styling the output of a View.
If you want to change the looks of the view could you do that with css?
You can define View specific styles and then use them to change the page layout - within limits - but it might be enough ...
