Hi,

I need a module that will integrate Drupal Commerce with QuickBooks Online. Primarily, it will just need to push new orders into QBO as sales receipts (and create new QBO customers as necessary), and push updates to existing orders into QBO. I'm happy to discuss more specs and research I've already done for the module over e-mail. Please contact me via the contact tab in my profile. Thanks!

PS - This sandbox module may be of use, although it appears to have been developed for the desktop version of QuickBooks: https://drupal.org/sandbox/stephen.colson/1100862

Here is an existing solution: http://www.webgility.com/carts/quickbooks-integration-drupal-commerce.php (I have no connection with them, just found the link searching for "Drupal Quickbooks").

...and their software is terrible. Constant bugs, awful customer service, spaghetti code, developers who have no clue what they're doing, etc. It's taken more energy to deal with the problems their software causes than is worth it—hence our wanting to have a custom module built.

Hello Jesse - did you ever find a suitable way to get Drupal Commerce data into Quickbooks? I have 2 developers trying to do it, and hitting obstacles non-stop from Intuit. Webgility was mentioned, but upon seeing your comments about it, we may want to rethink. Would love to hear your progress. -- Eric, 703-797-5107

there a module https://www.drupal.org/project/quickbooks_php_devkit (it implements for Drupal the project that was mentioned above) but it might only provide a starting point for the functionality you need I don't know but perhaps worth a look

Anyone find/have an update on this?

Please note OP's title when posting solutions "QUICKBOOKS ONLINE"...

There are solutions out there for QB's desktop version, some seen in the above posts.... But I am not finding anything for QBO.

Not a solution but I found that you can import transactions in excel format with QBO transaction importer: https://apps.intuit.com/transactionproimporter

I dont know - Intuit might want to keep this from happening to keep people eyeing their processor??? http://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/ecommerce-payment-processing/
