I suggest we hide the blue bar on the bottom of the page when the translation client form is hidden. The button itself is enough isn't it?

philipz CreditAttribution: philipz commentedIn the l10n_client.css file but this solution isn't perfect. The blue bar is not visible but it is still there blocking any mouse clicking on buttons or links beneath. I'll try to make it better.
