Could we get a working quote inside the forum?
The additional modul is really dodgy and seems to have no maintenance any more.
A forum without a working quote is not a forum. :D

Wolfgang62 CreditAttribution: Wolfgang62 commentedI´m using wysiwyg with tinymce.
First of all: The quote is always empty with the starting post.
Second: If I want to split a longer text with several questions into separate quotes and copy the [quote] marks from the text to the new locations, the span style will be copied as well.
As soon as a quote mark has a span style it will not work any more --> the background color which surrounds the quote will not be displayed.
I think a forum should have a (working) quote function without a third party modul.

troky CreditAttribution: troky commentedCreating and maintaining two identical modules doesn't make sense. Quote module worked with AF in the past but maintainer needs to keep up with other modules updates (e.g. wysiwyg, ckeditor...). You will have to ask for help there. I really don't have time to takeover and maintain another module.
