It's possible to have a tree in Drupal 6?
The taxonomy section appear with less options available. Only FLAT taxonomy is in the default installation?

The default sets a
The default sets a vocabulary hierarchy to "multiple parents". You can find the answer in the file modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.admin.inc, line 175. In other words, you always get a tree.
