Hi All,

Is there is any way by which we can migrate content/files/users from IBM Web Content Manager ( http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/us/en/contmanaprodline) to Drupal?

I'm not familiar with that particular CMS, but the methods available to any source are 1) the feeds module, 2) the migrate module, or 3) custom code.

Hi,

yes, we can take any of these approaches, but wanted to know specifically with respect to IBM Web Content Manager, if they expose any kind of API or way to interact with migrate module, as i want to use what this tool can offer, rather than writing everything in custom code.

I would think that's a question best asked in a community for that CMS.
