I am looking at buying a drupal 7 template it has been created by an organization member called mercury on template monster.
The site really appeals to the business that I am starting up, but I need it to be responsive due to the business devices being used. What I need to know is it possible to make a site responsive, I don't know if mercury uses another name on drupal, or how I can find out to ask. I am not to savvy in all things drupal but learning slowly. I think if this can be done I would have to pay someone to do it. All advice most helpful.

If the template is not advertised a responsive I would guess it is not. It is easier to start with a responsive theme than to try an make an non-response theme responsive.
