When the "Both user & average vote" Star display style is selected, then both the average & user vote widgets are displayed.
However, the mouseover label appears underneath the average widget instead of the user vote widget as indicated in the attached graphic.
Would it make more sense to have it underneath the widget labeled "Your vote:" instead of "Average:"?

Also, when the "Both user & average vote" Text display style, it might make more sense to have the "Your rating: 5.6" underneath the "Your rating:" widget and the "Average 3.5 (20 votes)" underneath the "Average:" widget.
If that's not possible, then it might make sense to least switch the order as indicated in the 2nd graphic.

Marked http://drupal.org/node/238303 as duplicate. This is on my to-do list but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

This is now fixed in the 5.x version and will be included in the 1.12 release. I had to change the theme functions quite a bit to accommodate the new behavior, but it ultimately resulted in less code and cleaner theme functions.
