Problem After Upgrading Drupal Core

I have installed Typebased theme on one of my sites and after upgrading drupal core to latest version, the theme doesn't work fine and the colors are gone. I attached the image of it that you see what happens for it.
Also many pats of site don't work for example when i click on each node title, the node pages doesn't load and nothing appears.
But when i change the theme to any other one for example to Bartik, it works totally fine and all parts of site work again. I don't know whats wrong. I faced this problem when i upgraded my drupal core from 7.10 to 7.12 and also after upgrading from 7.12 to 7.14. Upgrading went successful in both upgrades and as i said, in both cases any other theme except Typebased work fine and the only problem is with this theme. Please help me and fix this problem.
I also removed the theme manually and installed it again to see if it works fine but it still looks like exactly with problem and as image i attached.
