I've used Views in conjunction with the Entity Registration module to generate a list of participants for various events posted on my site. So that the registrants associated only with the currently viewed event are returned, I used a contextual filter. When there are no registrants, the block does not appear (which I know is supposed ot happen…but it makes my event page look weird) Is there a way to force the empty block to appear?

Please bear with me as Drupal is a very new thing for me! If there is a better way to return the list of users, I'm open to suggestions.

Any nudge in the right direction would be really appreciated!

When editing your View, under 'Advanced' you can see the 'No results behaviour' heading. Just set some text to appear there and the block should continue to appear on your pages. I hope this helps.
