When I first installed this module and the uc counterpart I noticed that the ordered products table was out of place at the top left of the page.

I assumed it was just a positioning issue and tried to set up the invoices. I have attached a pdf of where I am so far.

The "Include View" should be directly under the "Thank you for your partnership with Children of the Nations." texts.

I have no idea why this is not working. I have tried making changes to both views but still no go.

I have tried positioning the table relative to self, page, and the field I mentioned all fail.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Okay after long hours of searching a friend just found another issue that kinda (when modified) solved this one.

It seems all that is needed is to set the width of the included table view.

So you would need to edit the pdf_invoice_lines view. Click on the gear to the right of the "PDF Table" style scroll down to the bottom and set a table width.

I also set some other variables so I am not sure which one really fixed it. See screen shot to see my working settings.

This is still an issue in 7.x. Adding a field doesn't work in my case as it isn't available in the line item's context. What is causing the embedded view to not have dimensions? I'm not too deeply familiar with PDF creation, but its acting like the embedded view is being being positioned absolutely (like in CSS).
