Identical (perhaps) to the bug in the D6 version, which was considered "closed" although I don't see any actual patch there to fix it.

What's really weird is that the view was working fine a month or two ago, but tonight I noticed that it was generating PDFs without the background graphics I had designated before. So I went into the Views UI and found that my background graphic files were no longer listed under settings. I thought somehow the files must've been deleted. So I re-uploaded them and saved the view... and now I'm getting the error message in title.

UPDATE: I updated from rc1 to 7.x-1.0 and the problem persists.

Hi, could you test with the 1.x-dev version, just to confirm it's still there?

As If’s picture

Ok, I installed the 1.x-dev version, and the TCPDF error went away. I can now open a generated PDF and see the text string I was expecting to see. But I'm still not seeing the background images as I once did.

Two notes, maybe related, maybe not:

1. When I upload an image under either "PDF Fields | Settings" or "PDF Template Settings" (when editing the view) and click Apply, and then if I click settings again, the uploaded file is *not* in the dropdowns. I distinctly remember that my image files used to add themselves to the dropdowns after each upload. Now the only option on all the dropdowns is always just
"-- none --"

2. Every time I go to edit the View or apply a change, I get the following error:
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$field_data_field_file_node_values in PdfTemplate::getTemplatePath() (line 947 of /var/www/vhosts/sitename.com/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/views_pdf/views_pdf_template.php).

Guess I should open a new issue...

Thanks, it would be easier to follow ;-)
