Having multiple shipping or billing addresses breaks javascript when page displays both default address and address list views.

If you have more than one shipping address or billing address then two views are displayed on the page. the 1st view the default billing or shipping address view. The 2nd view the other billing or shipping addresses list view.

Having both of these views on the same page either shipping or billing breaks or disables javascript scripts attached to other dom elements on the page. eg the Multi Currency drop down module or the Multi language dropdown module.

If you only have a single shipping address or single billing address there is no problem with other javascript scripts - they work.

Is there an issue with javascript when displaying two views that is causing this?
