Is there any module which restrict the access for a partcular node type.

The particular node can be viewed once the payment is made for that.

The Lego Solution: put together a few modules...

Use an e-commerce module that assigns a user role upon purchase.

Use one of the content access modules that restricts node access by user role.

I believe it's called "ec_roles". Just download the ecommerce package and start playing with it. :)
