RM 1225 - Fix issues related to comment #18:

- Replace $conf variable by checking $view object,
- Views name that are checked by search history is configurable in Admin > Config > Search section,
- Format path and query for l() drupal common function
- If search term is empty, show 'all' in description,
- Move '$exposed_input = $view->exposed_input' in if condition,
- Remove remaining dpm(),
