I found this looking for a way to strip styles per domain.

It would be nice to have a drop down of the list of domains you have in domain and then it would apply to the domain that you selected when saved.

I have no plans for adding support different domains via the domain access module at the moment. You are welcome to submit a patch and I look at it. Notice that it should still work without the domain access module.
