I attempted to upgrade from version 2.3 to 2.9. Viewing existing images and uploading new ones works great. However I can't see the uploaded images in the "Browser Tab" unless I am logged in as admin. Am I missing a configuration option somewhere ?

Using the wui.make file to setup a new drupal with wui results in exactly that behavior. On all my other installations, that does not occur.

Perhaps I missed it. A pointer to where it is or, a list of steps necessary for upgrade, would be appreciated.

rnexussix CreditAttribution: rnexussix commentedAttempted the upgrade again. Went to 6.x-3.0-rc2 version this time. Still exactly the same issue:
If I login as admin "browser tab" works fine. If I login as any other user it comes up empty.
