Showing wrong videos on nodes

This has happened for me twice now and is quite frustrating.

For some reason it starts to show the wrong videos on the various nodes. If I edit the node it is the correct URL but when I view it it can be a video from another node.

I have cleared the cache and I did run the cron. The same. Last time it started working again but I don't why.

Any suggestions or perhaps insights in why this is happening?

The last video in the Tron post is supposed to be from the movie. However, it is a Battlefield trailer from another node.
