Previously, nh used the node title for the breadcrumb text. Now it seems to be using the menu item's link title in the breadcrumb. While the node title's may have been more verbose, this certainly helps with SEO juice.
I'd love to see an option of some kind of what text to feed to drupal's breadcrumb.

There is now a drop-down on the settings page (admin/settings/nodehierarchy) that allows you to choose "Node Title" or "Link Title".
