Cleaned up Canvas even further. Last patch before releasing another beta.

Tabs can now wrap into multiple lines without looking like it broke. New styles for both accordions, tabs and Drupal menus. Not a single line of IE corrections even though there is one minor issue with IE6 and 7.

Missed a rule to override a RTL style. RTL languages look really good on this.
