Parameters disappeared

Hi! I'm trying to configure arguments for a view based on the Views module.

But on the page with argument parameters I can't see Case and Case in path selection lists and Transform spaces to dashes in URL checkbox.

What is it? Bug or missing module or something else? Will be very gratefull for help.
