Setting country/language condition doesn't change the language.

Hello.

I am located in Ireland, so to check the GeoIP language I created a condition changing the language to Hebrew when logging from Ireland (at admin/settings/language/geoip), but nothing is happening. http://shaysstudio.ie/keep/GeoIP_issue.jpg

Hebrew is one of the languages which are used on my site.

I changed language negotiation to "Path prefix with GeoIP detection fallback. "

(I had to put the patch to avoid the loop redirecting http://drupal.org/files/issues/geoip_language.prevent_loop_redirecting.1...)

Should I do anything else?
