Yuri, this code works, thank you! But I haven't 2 possibilities:
1) In the admin's configuration page I don't see link to config taxonomy_block module & in modules page don't see it too. I go to admin/config/taxonomy_block manually and see configuration page. But it takes me some time to find this path in module's source code.
2) (may be it will feature request?) Parent items don't calculate node count, which assign to child terms.
