Attachment header field to a url link

I am working on a project as an intern in a company.One of the projects i am working onis porting the companies existing site to Drupal CMS.

The site has a portfolio listing with 3 different categories, and the category page has 3 links at the top of the page representing each category respectively.A user can sipmply scroll down to see the portfolio and all the categories but if they want to quickly jump to a particular category, they can just click on one of the 3 category buttons at the top of the page and they will immediately jump to the bottom of the page were the category is situated.

I recreated this page using a view page and attached 2 attachment views under the page to show the 2 other categories. I gave each section a header field but how do i give each attachment view header a url path?
