Having automatic nodetitles work with Pathauto/clean URLs

Before I used automatic node titles I had URL aliases set to make the node title as the URL. Since I have enabled the nodettitles module that no longer works.

Anyone have an idea how I can get it back to work so I wont have a random number as a URL? I tried changing the alias to [title] instead of [title-raw] and got a nasty warning saying:

"You are using the token [title] which has a raw companion token [title-raw]. For Pathauto patterns you should use the -raw version of tokens unless you really know what you are doing"

I guess I want to do this correct?
