nobr tag is invalid

Another minor tweak that I can't roll a real patch for while at work...

calendar_api.inc, around line 249, has two lines that array_merge() or array_pad() with a string of <nobr></nobr>. That's wrong, as <nobr> is not a valid tag in HTML.   has the same effect, so I recommend switching to that.
