Having node body in the lightbox

Hello,

I'm using Lightbox2 and Image module. I correctly set up the auto image handling but I would like to publish the body (I have maximum 2 lines of text for every image), and not only the title, of the nodes in the lightbox. Otherwise I can't use it.

I've tried many ways suggested on internet, but I could not succeed.

What is the "official" way?
