Подготовил версию для 7.x. В основу взял 6.x-2.0.
Удалена поддержка Panels.

However, marking as duplicate of #1014194: Port Guestbook to Drupal 7. You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.

Additionally, please familiarize yourself with http://drupal.org/coding-standards

Furthermore, when porting modules to a new major version of Drupal core, do not change more than actually required.
