Hi, I just downloaded the theme, the additional zip for D7, placed it according to instruction and after instalation I can't access the theme settings. I even uninstaled the theme and installed it again - same problem. There seems to be some problem in line 134 of theme-settings.php obviously, but I'm only a user, I don't know anything about code or programming. Any input how to resolve this issue will be much appreciated.

I cannot reproduce this. Somehow your theme-settings file seems to be loading twice which causes conflict.

Did you try clearing Drupal's cache? maybe if you reload the settings page once or twice it will give a different result or different errors?
This information doesn't tell me enough, maybe you can also check your watchdog error log for me.

I had the same problem and it is reproducible. I only received this error when I had the administrative theme set to 'default' (same as frontend theme). If is fix the administration theme the error doesn't appear.

I'm a big fan of removing the barriers between the front and back ends, so I'd love a resolution to this.
