You have logo left and logo top settings under advanced header settings, but there is no accurate (and resolution-proof) way to centre the logo. I fudged mine (http://www.petergreenwell.com) by having it offset by 400px from the left. That's fine and dandy if your screen is at 1920x1080 or so, but it borks big time if you resize the browser. Maybe you could add margin left auto and margin right auto as fields to enable logo centring or allow percentages rather than pixels. If so, you'll need a logo right field so it balances out. Same with the top/bottom set up.

Apart from this, I like your theme.
