This option works fine unless you change the title of the block in which case there is no longer a link.

longwaveFixed in CVS. I also moved the catalog block settings to the block configuration page, as they make more sense there.

longwaveDid you run update.php and/or clear your cache after updating? There is a new theme function which won't get picked up until the cache is wiped.

TR CreditAttribution: TR commentedNeeds backport to D6, as noted in #1268900: "Make the block title a link to the top-level catalog page." does not work when block title is changed.
