I think this module (and its submodules) should use "package = Performance and scalability".

It'll then be located in the same package (and thus fieldset at admin/build/modules) as the CDN module and other modules. All related modules in one fieldset makes most sense.

Documentation states that if you have 4 or more modules in the same group that you should create your own group.

Going to won't fix this as I will be adding in another module similar to bundle cache in the future; which will bring me up to 5 in a package. The GUI for it will be fairly simple; select the max number of bundles per aggregate that can be generated; options will be 1, 2, or 3.
