in some themes we can use the local.css ..i see for now he is not compressed yet..maybe you can support it?

Add it to the aggregate by doing drupal_add_css with preprocess = TRUE. Doing this any other way isn't a good idea. I'm trying to keep advagg as simple as possible believe it or not.

I could add in a hook_advagg_css_pre_alter and this could be theoretically possible; but I would never write the module that implements hook_advagg_css_pre_alter in this way. If you wish to create the module I can create this hook in advagg.

hook_advagg_css_pre_alter is in. Marking this won't fix. The tools are there now...
