The SEO tools dashboard:

under admin/content/seotools, is displaying at random site information, instead of displaying only from
the site you want.

It's displaying the visitor graph from site A and the keywords from side A but the entry pages from side B, while site B
is the correct site and site A another site I have under my google analytics account..

This seems like a bug..

Can anyone help out or fix it?

I am not sure what is going on there, it works properly for the dozen or so sites we have it installed on.

I would probably need a login to your site and GA account to debug.

I'm closing this issue because Drupal 6.x has reached EOL, and is not longer supported as of February 24th 2016.
