ubiquity 6.x-1.0-beta1

Started working on this again after a long pause.
Fixed a couple of old issues and releasing something stable to rely on.
6.x-1.x will only get bug fixes and get an 1.0 stable release soon.

• Fixed #170032: taxonomy when submitted by is not printed
• Fixed #376002: page-maintenance.tpl.php name is wrong
• Fixed #491116: Please don't put background image in body tag, it conflicts with fckeditor
