The main division of the Drupal's administration menu and in which section to place your page(s). See Information architecture.
Local Actions: The "plus signed" link for a frequently used action.
Tabs: The on-page navigation with multiple views of related data or related configuration pages.
Contextual Links: The little dropdown with add, edit or config links in a block, node or other context.
