This pops up when in update.php other than that its an awsome theme.

I did a bit of altering witht he css and graphics to fit my taste but you can see it at http://www.guardiansofthenight.com/

I'll try to test this later this week and get back to you.
What did you try to update? Some modules or Drupal 7 core?

Anything will throw the error, i can post the screenshot for you if that helps. I have done core updates and other modules.

If you use the latest version of the theme, do you still have the issue? And if you use another theme?
(I upgraded my own site local from Drupal 6 to 7 without having error's)
