allow fields to be excluded/included inline with the rearrange fields dialogue

rearranging fields in a view is a very common task, and i really appreciate the shortcut delete link.

it just occurred to me that another very common task, that i inevitably find myself doing in parallel with rearranging fields is excluding certain fields, so i can include them elsewhere in the view, like a custom field, in a style plugin or rewriting another field.

it would be a huge time saver if i could toggle the inclusion of fields while i'm rearranging them.

at the moment i have to rearrange all the fields, then click on each individual field and exclude it and update the view for each exclusion.
